Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at hi@homeofhai.com to request a return.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including any labels or tags. The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering shipping costs and all other expenses. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items can not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order is only possible during the initial processing stages. Once the preparation phase begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
