What do you do?

I model, I write music & harping of lucid uncanny and often vulnerable dreams.

Did you choose your profession or did it choose you?

I guess every intertwine in this universe speaks for quantum entanglement.

How would you describe your musical style? And what do you love about it?

I mostly write of my lucid dreaming & whereas subconscious states, where nothing is concrete but fluid and haptic in the form of sensuous dissolves. I would love to have the power for letting people felt hypnotized or transcending between their presence to some psychic dreamscape in my music, one day.

How would your friends describe you?

I think they love to call me ‘angel’ heheh because they are all lovely angels.

Who do you go to for advice?

I’m not very well spoken in states of confusion but sometimes I enjoy reading/watching interviews of artists/directors that inspired me lots and kind of tracing down their methodology in certain situations.

What/where/who inspires you?

Dreams/nightmares, cinema & poetry.

I used to study film and I would sit in my room forever getting lost in Apichatpong Weerasethakul or Tarkovsky, then there’s sounds/words hitting my head that I have to start writing.

The idea of depicting space of psyche, blending the subconscious and the exposed really lingered. For music I began writing my stuff where I was deeply influenced by mostly dreampop classics, while now I would say I am more inspired to early church music/dissonance choir and different ethnic groups singing, very flying and full of wonder. I guess it’s a blending phase at the moment and I’m also exciting to see where I’m landing.

If you could live anywhere else, where would it be?

I would dream one day to be able to dwell in some underwater city hehe, as fluid as like Solaris. More practically I would picture myself in some old little castle conversation in between some giant bizarre mythical trees.

What does your perfect weekend look like?

A cemetery stroll, reading poems ,dressing up and harping.

What song do you play on repeat?

Right now it’s Sequenza III by Barbara Hanningan.

What is your favourite piece from our SS23 collection?

The Carrie Dress in Light Pink ! It has this beautiful shell-like gleam that just appeals to me.
